All registrants will need to have a current US Lacrosse membership number.  The registration process will guide you to the USL site.  Membership is mandatory as US Lacrosse is the source of club/coach/player insurance policies.

Players will be required to purchase the following uniform items:

• Reversible jersey
• Team shorts (Boys only)
• Cleats (Recommended)

 Boys will need to wear the following protective gear:

• Helmet
• Chest Pad (All chest protectors and shoulder pads must contain the NOCSAE logo and SEI certification mark on both the packaging and the product to be legal for play.)
• Shoulder Pads (May come with chest pads).
• Mouth Guard
• Elbow Pads
• Gloves
• Goggles (Girls only)
• Athletic cup (Boys only, recommended)

The league offers games on Saturdays and some Sundays starting after Labor Day and ending late October. We will practice 2 nights a week at Mt Paran School (mist likely). Practices will be determined once teams are set.

Our girls program is in its 3rdseason! We will practice 2 nights a week. More details to come...grab your friends and be ready to grab your spot JULY 1st!
